New Journey Network, LLC is an organization founded in June 2024 by victim advocates Delvonda Smith and Nicole Hubbard. Del and Niki met working together as case managers for a Baltimore based domestic violence agency. In this capacity they would often come across clients who needed services and relocation outside the scope of what this and other agencies were able to offer. Identifying these challenges, they decided to begin this company so they may continue to help those unable to receive resources otherwise.
By collaborating with state and national agencies, making connections to a wealth of community resources, safety planning, assistnace in applying for many programs nationwide as well as transportation to relocate throughout Maryland or state to state, our clients could begin their own journey of healing while creating a safe, stable, independent life free from abuse and fear. This is in large part is made possible by utilizing a "Phase Work" approach that was developed by Del. By providing this specific style of case management, New Journey Network is proving to be successful in their efforts and outcomes to those they serve.
Our team is committed to providing assistance to each victim and their families by meeting them where they are at and providing trauma informed care so every person affected directly and indirectly by abuse may be treated with the respect, dignity and grace they so deserve.
